Navigating the Customer Portal

After using one of the methods to get into your Portal, based on your portal user permission group, you will see an overview of the Portal. Below is an example of what a Non-Portal User would see with the default permissions of that group—all they can do is access the Portal and create new tickets.

Let’s look at a portal user who belongs to the Admin Portal Group—it has every permission enabled.
