  1. The section is visible when Tickets – View All or Tickets – View Mine is turned on.
  2. Allows the customer to add a new ticket. Visible when Tickets – Create New is turned on.
  1. Click a ticket number to view the ticket. The shopping cart icon indicates the ticket was invoiced. Hover over the icon to see the invoice number, and click to view the invoice.
