  • All data devices are backed up to our in-house file server before we work on them; you may waive this complimentary service at the beginning of your ticket.
  • Opting for a fresh OS installation will erase everything on your drive. We highly recommend backing up essential data beforehand.

Damage Policy

  • Our goal is to deliver flawless service for every job. However, in the rare event that complications arise, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We pledge to address and resolve any concerns together.

Refunds and Service Fees
