  • Restoration will be conducted in the order of priority previously agreed with the Clients.

Hardware and System Recovery

DigiBandit will follow the following procedures for hardware and system recovery:

  • DigiBandit will maintain spare hardware equipment to ensure a quick and efficient replacement in case of hardware failures caused by a disaster;
  • All spare hardware will be tested and verified to ensure compatibility with the Clients’ systems;
  • DigiBandit will restore the affected hardware and systems to an operational state in a disaster as quickly as possible, following the agreed-upon procedures.

Communication and Coordination

DigiBandit will follow the following procedures for communication and coordination:

  • DigiBandit will maintain clear and open communication with Clients, providing them with regular updates on the status of the recovery process;
  • DigiBandit will coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient recovery process;
  • DigiBandit will conduct regular disaster recovery testing to ensure effective, up-to-date procedures and policies.
