Invoice Types

Monthly Management Invoice

  • Includes: Managed IT Services and standard monthly services.
  • Issuance Date: Generated two weeks before the start of the next billing period.
  • Due Date: Due on the 1st of each month.
  • Terms: NET15 (due within 15 days).
  • Auto Charge: On the due date, invoices will be auto-charged using the payment method on file via SyncroMSP and Stripe. Stripe saves the credit card details and processes the payment, while SyncroMSP handles billing and tracking.
  • Late Fee: A 0.42% late fee is applied every 15 days after the due date.

Projects and Extras Invoice

  • Includes: Project-related services, materials, and any additional expenses not covered in the monthly management agreement.
  • Issuance Date: Generated as needed.
  • Terms:
    • Materials: Payment in full upfront.
    • Labour: Postpaid, NET15 (due within 15 days).

Changes in Rates

  • Clients with 3-Year Agreements: Receive a minimum of three months’ notice.
  • Clients with Agreements Under Three Years: Receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

Non-Payment Procedure

  • Service Suspension: Services may be suspended or discontinued after 30 days of non-payment. At our discretion, services may remain active for up to 90 days, but rates will be re-negotiated.
  • Late Fees: Non-payments may also result in late fees, as mentioned below.

Dispute Resolution

  • Discrepancies or Disputes: If you have any discrepancies or disputes related to the invoice, please inform us within seven (7) days from the invoice date. Please get in touch with us to resolve any issues.

Taxes

  • Applicable Taxes: Taxes will be added to the invoices as law requires.

Additional Details
