2023: Standardization, Documentation and Service Expansion

tl;dr: Canā€™t stopĀ (growing), wonā€™t stopĀ (growing).

Thus far, for 2023, our primary focus has been standardization, documentation, and service expansion, all in pursuit of enhanced client service!

Through the documentation of our processes, we can guarantee that each customer receives consistently superior service, irrespective of the complexity of their needs. This record-keeping has proven invaluable, providing us and our growing list of clients with a set of standards that we can all rely on. Expanding our services portfolio to include even more managed services has allowed us to meet our customersā€™ diversely complex IT needs, further solidifying our status as a comprehensive solutions provider.

2022: Managed IT Services

With everyone relying more and more on technology everyday, there is a strong need for Managed IT Services and DigiBandit is here to help!
You need someone that understands technology, to take care of the prerequisites and updates, changes and requirements and to make sure your not overpaying for something you donā€™t even need!
From remote monitoring and management to workstations and servers, VoIP to UCaas and all the other acronyms, DigiBandit is here to take care of IT.

2020: Covid-19

COVID-19 affected everyone, in some way or another, my shop included.
I protected myself, my family and my customers with all the standard sanitization, social distancing and contact-less options available.
These measures did nothing to stop an individual from breaking, entering and stealing items from my shop.
(Thankfully, the individual left all customer machines and only took inventoryā€¦ and my personal laptop)
While this did set me back my amazing customers helped me rebuild, while I fixed their tech!
New measures were put in place to prevent something like this from ever happening again (much better Security System).

2019: Full-Time Job

Time to grow once again! DigiBandit IT Services moved to 607 St George Blvd, Suite B06 Moncton, NB, E1E 2C2!
I now have a full storefront and workshop to take care of my customers and all the tools, parts and space that is needed for a full time IT services shop!
This additional space enabled us to expand further into Tech Recycling & Up-cycling, custom PC builds, more Products and Accessories, partnerships and more!

2018: Part-Time Job

My wife and I upgraded to a three-bedroom duplex with a half-finished basement, which provided the space to keep up with the amount of work and parts needed in my ever-expanding business venture.

2017: Additional Services

In my first ā€˜services expansion,ā€™ I started fixing iMacs and MacBooks, designing and hosting websites, performing Liquid Damage Repairs, and providing network installation services.

2016: Beginnings

DigiBandit IT Services started in my 2-bedroom apartmentā€™s kitchen, fixing laptops and personal computers and providing services to anyone brave enough to take a chance on me.
